As part of our continuing Friday morning conversation series regarding critical issues to the Co-op Community, the Executive Committee of the PCCC met virtually with New York City Council District 32 Candidate Joann Ariola on July 9, 2021. 

 

It was an extremely productive conversation with ideas exchanged from both sides. Candidate Ariola is a long-time resident in a Co-op and is a supporter of the PCCC and the Co-op Community. We discussed many issues of importance and Candidate Ariola expressed a deep knowledge of these issues and the importance of Co-op Home Ownership in New York City. 

 

Based on this conversation and the positions Candidate Ariola expressed on these critical issues, the PCCC Executive Committee has issued her an A+ rating on behalf of our organization.
