PCCC Co-Presidents, Bob Friedrich and Warren Schreiber, recently testified at the Queens-based virtual hearings of the New York City Tax Advisory Commission. The PCCC has been at the forefront in the fight to bring tax equity and fairness for Co-op homeowners in New York City for the last ten (10) years. As a result of these efforts, Mayor DiBlasio appointed the NYC Advisory Commission on Property Tax Reform. The PCCC has been closely monitoring the recommendation and results of the Commission to ensure that Co-ops are treated fairly and equitably.

 

It is with this backdrop that the PCCC Co-President’s testified in the recent hearing.
