We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. During this past year, PCCC Members Beech Hills, Glen Oaks and Bell Park Gardens discovered overcharges on their real estate taxes to the tune of $1,300,000.00. We immediately brought the matter to their NY City Council Member Barry Grodenchik. 

It took nearly a year of pursuit and we are pleased to let you know that these charges have been reversed by the NYC Department of Finance. We would like to thank the Council Members Office, and particularly Ari Gershman, his Chief of Staff and Steve Behar, Counsel. It was their dogged pursuit of these funds that led to their return to our members.

This matter was recently featured in a digital article by Habitat Magazine. We strongly urge all our Members and their Management to closely review their DOF Tax Bills and question any charges that do not look right.
