As you may be aware, the deadline under local law 95 is upon us. The laws posting requirements are vague at best. Many of our multi-building complexes have contacted their NYC Council Member to determine where the grade postings should occur. In addition, it seems some of our members are getting a scorecard for each ADDRESS in their complex, which of course can number in the hundreds or even thousands!
